We had a good turnout for the Cowichan event with 21 golfers. Traffic was light on the highway, and the weather was good. As always, Norm made us all feel very welcome. After the round we enjoyed a socially distanced meal in the dining room.
Some of the highlights: Angela Lucia won the Women’s KP on hole #13; Mike Josefowich edged out John Pearson for the Men’s KP on #8; and Barb Hunter won the prize for Longest Putt on hole #18.
John Pearson managed to lodge his ball in a tree. (There is no truth to the rumour that he used a “tree wood” to get it there, but lacked a “tree iron” to hit it out.)
