Good friends, good weather, golf, a cart (with beer on board), and great food! What could be better?
Fifteen players came out to enjoy the round and release the occasional ball into the wild (or water). Several people worked on their coaching skills by encouraging players on the 18th green from the deck of the clubhouse. Afterward, we all retired to the newly renovated restaurant to enjoy the excellent food.
We were unable to have skill challenges on the course due to Covid rules; so, six random draws of $5 each were awarded. The winners: Lynda Young, Nestor Fedoruk, Dave Appleyard, Larry Dorosh, Angela Lucia, and Gord Young.
Olympic View also gave us one complimentary round to be used that day. That random draw winner was Berte Marr. Congratulations Berte!
