Guest Policy
Guests are welcome to join any events offered by VCGC but must be signed up by a current VCGC member.
A guest fee applies for each event, in addition to any other required fees (e.g., green fees), and must be paid before the event payment deadline.
Guests are subject to the same Cancellation Policy as members are and the VCGC registered member is responsible for their guests.
Guests are permitted to participate in a maximum of two (2) golfing events per season prior to joining VCGC. A 3rd golfing event requires purchasing a membership, with credit for any guest golfing fees paid that season.
Guests are not eligible for skill prizes.
