This policy applies to all members and their guests for all VCGC events.
Registration
Members are responsible for ensuring they and their guests, if any, are signed up for the appropriate event
Cancellations After Sign-up Deadline
Members must notify the VCGC Captains immediately if they or their guests are unable to attend an event for any reason once the deadline for sign-up has passed. Members will be responsible for paying green fees and all other fees related to the cancellation.
Cancellations After Tee Sheets are Posted
Members must notify the VCGC Captains and the golf course Pro Shop immediately if they or their guests are unable to attend an event once the groupings have been posted. Again, Members will be responsible for paying green fees and all other fees related to the cancellation.
Tee Times & Arrival
Members must know and communicate tee times to their guests. Members and guests must arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time.
