Fifteen golfers turned out in fine weather for our final event of this unconventional year. We were extremely fortunate to get this last-minute booking after our planned event fell through due to Covid restrictions at another course.
Armore was in good condition. Everyone seemed to enjoy their round, even those who had some “interesting” rebounds off the trees. Unfortunately, no one managed to hit the 5th green so the KP prizes went unclaimed. On Hole #9, Hilory Fedoruk was first to claim the “Longest Putt” only to lose it to Morris Lee who then lost out to Marsha Mallow. Afterward, most people gathered on the patio to enjoy a drink together (at a safe distance of course).
