- Guests are welcome to join any events offered by VCGC; however, a guest must be signed up for an event by a current VCGC member.
- Guests are required to pay a guest fee for any event they are participating in; this guest fee is in addition to any other fees required to participate in the event such as green fees. Please consult with the VCGC member signing you up for the event regarding the current guest fee required for the event. Guest fees are payable to VCGC in cash prior to starting the event.
- Guests are subject to the same Cancellation / No-Show Policy as members are. The VCGC member signing up a guest is ultimately responsible for their guest.
- Guests are permitted to participate in a maximum of three (3) golfing events prior to joining VCGC as a full member. A guest requesting to participate in a 4th golfing event will be required to join VCGC at the current cost of membership less any golfing guest fees paid during that season.
- Guests are not eligible for prizes.
