The following cancellation/no-show policy is in effect for all VCGC events. This policy applies to all members, new and returning, as well as any guest of a VCGC member.
- Members are responsible for ensuring they and their guests, if any, are signed up for the appropriate event. Members must inform VCGC immediately if they or their guests are unable to attend an event that they had previously signed up for.
- Members must notify VCGC immediately if they or their guests are unable to attend an event for any reason once the deadline for sign-up has passed. In the case of the events where VCGC has committed to a specific number, members will be responsible for paying the green fee unless a replacement golfer can be found.
- Members must notify VCGC and the golf course pro shop immediately if they or their guests are unable to attend an event for any reason once the groupings have been posted. Again, members will be responsible for paying the green fee if a replacement golfer cannot be found.
- Members are responsible for knowing both their tee time and the tee time of their guests. Members are responsible for notifying their guests of their tee time. Members and guests are required to show up to the event a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time.
